Still so much value in this as we set our people up for success in 2025. In 2015 I gave a keynote to the WBC Youth Network Forum - a group of 300 emerging leaders and top talent. 10 years on, I reckon there’s still great value in this for ALL leaders, regarding of age, sector and location:
Instead of long shadows, I would change this to ‘Leaders create a bright light’ or ‘Leaders live their passion.’
